If your from USA, just log in and you'll have a giftbox. If your not, use a proxy such as: proxite.us/ or dontfilter.us/ or bypassthe.net/. Enter the Stardoll address onto the proxy. Login. Then close the proxy and enter Stardoll normally. There should be a giftbox in your suite.
